Our Aprilia RS-250 race systems are being used in competition throughout the World and this experience has allowed us to develop our exhausts to be the best available in the market. Our latest systems provide excellent power, ground clearance and weight saving.
Our range of Aprilia RS250 systems comprises two configurations, and two materials please select the system that suits your requirements:
In stainless steel
side by side (left and right exiting) stainless steel chambers, EXCS-0007
GP (conventional twin right exiting) chambers, EXCS-0008
In clearcoated mild steel
side by side (left and right exiting) exiting clearcoated steel chambers, EXCS-0016
GP (conventional twin right exiting) clearcoated chambers, EXCS-0018
We recommend a change of main jet from #270/#280 to #280/290 for fitment with stock bikes.

Important when ordering
When ordering a complete system system for your Aprilia RS250:
A.)1 X chamber set. When you order this you will receive included in the chamber set:
1 X left chamber
1 X right chamber
2 X manifolds with flanges and 'o'rings
4 X manifold to chamber springs
1 X double clamp and mounting hardware on GP systems (the systems with two silencers stacked on top of one another exiting on the right of the bike) to mount to original position on subframe.
Or
2 X single clamps and mounting bolts, nuts and washers on the side by side systems (the systems with one silencer exiting left and one exiting right)
B.)2 X silencers of your choice. Each silencer is provided with mounting hardware and we will badge them according to the chamber set you order. For the GP systems, you will get a right side badge on one silencer and an unbadged silencer. On the side by side, you will get a left badged and a right badged silencer.
